Usually working with the Buildings Insurers appointed
Loss Adjusters or occasionally directly for private
clients we endeavour to visit the risk premises within
24 hours of instruction. We appreciate that prompt
and
correct action by professional advisors will not
only reduce the property owners anxiety but may
ultimately reduce the extent of loss.

to deal with all types of loss, be they

local building Contractors throughout our working
area guarantees a fast and reliable service.
Our Service;
The service we provide involves organising any emergency
cleaning, clearing or temporary support work required
following which we will prepare a full specification
and schedule of works for reinstatement.
Were time allows competitive quotations are sought
but if not possible, we can hegotiate directly with
the Loss Adjusters and Contractors to arrange a contract
sum.
Regular inspections of the work
on site are carried out and with the facility of a
separate client call account we are able to deal with
all finances direct with the Loss Adjusters / Insurer
and Contractor.
Our Chartered staff have Loss Adjusting backgrounds
and are fully aware of both the extent of Insurers
liability in such claims together with the sympathy,
time and care required when dealing with the policyholder.
This, combined with our multi-disciplinary experience
enables us to provide a unique service to all involved
with the insurance industry.
